In February of 2005, Shun Chieh cooperates with the professional to set up produces 12 C.C ~ 60 C.C small bottled liquid production line; in the same year in June introduces the soft capsule entire line production equipment from Italy, we have the specialized pharmacist, and nutrition personnel in the factory to monitoring the production manufacture process and develop the product for customer demand. In the factory has the FDA standard of the pure water manufacture machine to insure the product in the hygiene and the safety in the manufacturing process. Air shower room is to blow the dust on human body clothes when the operator enter the clean room for the work, simultaneously it has air lock function to be allowed the active control personnel to pass in and out and to take the different rank clean room of the buffer room achieved prevents the overlapping pollution. Besides, Shun Chieh obtains food GMP certification (powder, tablet, capsule), ISO 22000, HACCP continually in order to enhance quality. This all shows Shun Chieh diligently to the quality severe request. At present we have powder, granule, tablet, hard capsule, membrane clothes, soft capsule, liquid production lines and have the powder bottled, bottled count, aluminum foil package, PTP, two-sided aluminum foil, and liquid fills packing lines and so on. This production process carries on in 100,000 class of clean room, all machines have to be checked periodically to achieve highest productivity, also the mold type occupies crown of the domestic same business, the packing productive forces is strong.
